Non-members are welcome to visit our regular club meetings to sample our program. There is a cost of $10.00 to attend a meeting. No advance notice is needed, but as our seating is limited there is a slight chance that we may not be able to accommodate you on a particular evening. Guests at club meetings which include a General Meeting or Annual General Meeting component where determination of a quorum is necessary and voting may be involved may be asked to leave the room temporarily.
Guests will be permitted to attend Workshops, with payment of applicable fees in person.
Guests will be permitted to attend any Special Interest Group (SIG) once at no cost. Continued attendance at a SIG would require club membership and payment in person of the fee.
Guests will be permitted to attend Outings and would be responsible for any applicable fees and signing a waiver as presented by the Outing Leader. Outings are announced at meetings and often posted on the club Facebook page and/or Website. Some informal Outings are Special Interest Groups or informal groups of members
Our guest policy is continually reviewed. Charges will be posted on this site as they are made.
Note: The terms “guest” includes all who are not current members of the Mississauga Camera Club.
